Make C64-style raster bar text and logos, then export them as MP4 or transparent PNG frames.

Page description:
Raster Bar Editor is a little tool for making the copper-bar effects from classic Commodore 64 demos. Type some text, load a logo or stamp, and stack animated raster bars through the letters and the image. You can choose bar colours and sizes, set how fast they move, and make them bounce back and forth or loop continuously.

You can load your own fonts, and the preview stays on screen while you adjust the controls. When it looks right, export it as an MP4 on a black or green-screen background to key out in your editor, or as numbered PNG frames with full transparency.

It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and your fonts and images stay on your machine. For MP4 export, use a recent Chrome, Edge or Safari.
